All orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays within Germany. On German holidays such as New Year’s Day and Christmas there is no parcel shipping.

The company is not responsible for any damage, material differences, defects or losses incurred on products delivered to freight forwarders or parcel carriers.
We do not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items reported missing or damaged that we can reasonably believe were delivered to a shipping/parcel carrier.
