All orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays within Germany. On German holidays such as New Year’s Day and Christmas there is no parcel shipping.

Shipping costs vary, especially for international orders, due to factors beyond our control. Your actual shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process.

The company is not responsible for any damage, material differences, defects or losses incurred on products delivered to freight forwarders or parcel carriers.

We do not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items reported missing or damaged that we can reasonably believe were delivered to a shipping/parcel carrier. Any order placed with a shipping or parcel company is done so at your own risk. Please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced or delayed shipments.
